1. Data We Collect
We collect verification documents (KRA PINs, business permits), building metadata, tenant rosters, and telemetry from opt-in gate attendants. Payment metadata is processed by regulated third parties; we retain only the transaction identifier.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used exclusively to authenticate business tenants, resolve micro-address disputes, and publish verified spatial records for Nairobi County commerce. We do not sell personal data.
3. Verification Document Protection
All uploaded documents are encrypted at rest, isolated per tenant, and accessible only to credentialed reviewers within our administrative command center. Approved documents are hashed and stamped into the audit ledger.
4. Retention
Verified records are retained for the active lifetime of the tenant registration. Rejected submissions are purged within 30 days unless required for dispute resolution.
5. Your Rights
Tenants may request export, correction, or deletion of their profile via the Portal Dashboard. Deletion requests are honored within 14 days unless overridden by legal retention requirements.
